

This is a simply scrumptious cake, and there is nothing to add to Donna Hay’s original blueberry yoghurt loaf recipe except …
.. the blueberries can sink, as you can see here. This is real life baking. A remedy for this is to lightly dust the blueberries with flour as it will help them “float”, before gently adding to the batter.
Then, enjoy! But even if they continue to sink, the loaf is still delightful as is. And, it’s good to freeze.
