Part of what appealed to me about this painting was the Art Institute Chicago description: Woman and Child at the Well is one of a series of works depicting peasant girls taking a break from their chores, their poses and gestures suggesting narratives that remain ambiguous.
I chose to interpret that ambiguity my own way, with a food-related matter of course!
The poetic form is a Clogyrnach with a specific syllable count and rhyming scheme.

When A Cup of Tea’s Not Worth It
Had to walk five miles to a well
I felt each step in every cell
This struggle daily
Its purpose fails me
All for tea?
This well hell.
