Preheat oven to 170℃/350℉.
Line a muffin tin with patty pans.
Whisk together milk, sugar, egg, vegetable oil and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Throw in museli or granola if using.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and use a spoon to mix, but don't over mix.
Use a spoon to divide the mixture into the patty pans.
Press in berries. A single serve will take 4 or 5 berries easily.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
